Collection: SPAWN

Created by comic book legend Todd McFarlane in 1992, Spawn stands as one of the most iconic, record-breaking, and enduring creator-owned comic book series in history. Published by Image Comics, the series follows the dark, tragic journey of Al Simmons—a elite government assassin betrayed and murdered by his own superiors. Sent to Hell for his lethal past, Simmons strikes a desperate deal with the demonic entity Malebolgia to see his beloved wife, Wanda, one last time. Returned to Earth as a Hellspawn—a resurrected soldier of the damned equipped with necroplasmic armor, a sentient living cape, and deadly chains—Simmons finds himself trapped in a nightmare: decades have passed, his wife has moved on, and he is caught in an eternal, apocalyptic war between Heaven and Hell.
