Refund policy

At Hazel Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your item (for seniors).

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, special-order products, personalized items, or products that show signs of use after delivery.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Subject to product availability, we will assist you with the exchange process.

Exchange Processing Time

All approved exchange requests will be delivered within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched based on product availability. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
