Rasputin IV is designed to be a hero, but her existence may be the key to Sinister's next move.

The issue also deepens the mystery surrounding Mother Righteous and the four Essex/Sinister clones, while the increasingly unstable Sinister begins looking for a way to escape the nightmare he helped create.
