Infamous Iron Man #3 continues Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev's dark reimagining of Iron Man, following Victor Von Doom as he attempts to become a hero while wearing the armor and identity associated with Tony Stark.

Doom's decision to take up the mantle of Iron Man has created serious problems for people connected to Tony Stark. Pepper Potts, also known as Rescue, returns, and she is far from happy about Victor Von Doom becoming Iron Man. Her return puts Doom's unusual attempt at redemption under intense scrutiny.

Having experienced enormous power and ultimately rejected the path of domination, Victor begins questioning what his life should become and whether using his abilities for good is truly possible.
