Man Without Fear #5 is the concluding issue of Marvel's 2019 Man Without Fear miniseries, written by Jed MacKay, with art by Danilo S. Beyruth and colors by Andres Mossa. The issue was released on January 30, 2019, with a March 2019 cover date. The regular cover was illustrated by Kyle Hotz and colored by Dan Brown.

The cover features a stark and haunting graveyard scene dominated by a large, blood-red cross rising from a dark mound of earth. The cross is dramatically elongated into the shape of a grim, distorted structure, with the name “MURDOCK” visibly written across its central section. A skull-like face appears at the top of the cross, reinforcing the cover's themes of death, sacrifice and suffering.

Several smaller crosses and weathered gravestones surround the central monument. To the right, a hooded figure sits slumped beside the graveyard, creating a somber and mysterious focal point. Red clouds and splashes of crimson color stretch across the pale background, contrasting sharply with the black, gray and dark-red artwork.

Story-wise, the issue brings the miniseries to its conclusion as Matt Murdock confronts the fear and pain that have followed him throughout his life. The story features Matt drawing strength from memories of his father, Battlin' Jack Murdock, while continuing his recovery from the injuries that had left Daredevil absent from Hell's Kitchen.
