Phoenix #4 is the fourth issue of Marvel's 2024 Phoenix series starring Jean Grey as Phoenix. Written by Stephanie Phillips, with interior art by Alessandro Miracolo and colors by David Curiel, the issue was released on October 9, 2024, with a December 2024 cover date.

The cover by Yasmine Putri presents a dramatic confrontation between Phoenix and Gorr the God Butcher. Jean Grey appears in the center wearing her green Phoenix costume, surrounded by intense yellow-orange flames and cosmic energy. A huge, sinister version of Gorr dominates the background, creating an imposing contrast with Jean's smaller figure.
