Wolverines #10 — Kris Anka Cover (2015)

Wolverines #10 is the tenth issue of Marvel's 2015 Wolverines series, part of the aftermath of Wolverine's death. The issue is written by Ray Fawkes and Charles Soule, with artwork by Jonathan Marks and colors by Lee Loughridge.

The dramatic Kris Anka cover presents a stylized and unsettling scene dominated by Sabretooth (Victor Creed) and other figures in a chaotic struggle. A large orange-red clawed figure reaches upward across the black background, while two blond, feral-looking characters appear entangled in combat below. Long claws, sharp teeth, exaggerated poses and intense red, orange and yellow tones give the artwork a savage, violent atmosphere.

The minimalist black background makes the bright characters and the large yellow WOLVERINES logo stand out prominently. The bottom red strip contains the Marvel branding, Bonus Digital Edition notice, issue number 010, and the creator credits.

The story follows Victor Creed's transformation after joining the Wolverines team, while he attempts to steal a pirate ship. Elsewhere, Sharp and Ogun continue their battle for control of Sharp's body and soul, while Fantomelle and Culpepper push deeper into their dangerous mission.
