Wonder Woman/Conan #1 features Wonder Woman and Conan the Barbarian together in a dramatic sword-and-sorcery battle scene.

Conan dominates the upper portion of the artwork, shown as a powerful, muscular warrior raising an ornate sword above his head. He wears leather and metal armor and looks fiercely toward an approaching group of armed warriors. Below him, Wonder Woman fights alongside him, wearing a fantasy-inspired Amazonian outfit with her recognizable star tiara and wielding a sword and shield.

The foreground is dominated by a large warrior carrying a rounded shield, while numerous armored soldiers and gladiator-like fighters surround the heroes. The artwork combines DC's superhero mythology with the gritty Hyborian Age aesthetic of Conan, using earthy reds, oranges, blacks and muted skin tones to create an epic barbarian-war atmosphere.

The cover carries the Wonder Woman/Conan title across the top, alongside the DC and Dark Horse Comics logos, and identifies the book as #1 of 6. The issue is written by Gail Simone, with pencils by Aaron Lopresti, inks by Matt Ryan, colors by Wendy Broome, and lettering by Saida Temofonte. The story, “A Crow Without Mercy,” introduces the meeting of Diana and Conan after Conan encounters a mysterious warrior who resembles the girl he remembers from his youth.

The cover itself is credited to Darick Robertson with Tony Aviña, and the visible signature on the artwork corresponds with Robertson's cover credit.
